11 per mille for two — fatal case in Kirovsk
Two comrades drank too much and died within one day, reports the State Forensic Examination Committee.
First, at night, a 50-year-old man called the police, reporting that he found his friend without signs of life, whom he had invited over the day before. They had consumed alcohol together. On the same day, after lunch, a neighbor found the owner's body in the same apartment.
According to the expert's conclusion, the first — a 45-year-old man — died as a result of acute ethanol poisoning, which is confirmed by its presence in the blood at a toxic concentration — 6.6 per mille.
The cause of death was the same for the apartment owner: the toxic concentration of ethanol in his blood was 4.5 per mille.
