Keith Kellogg Advised Putin How He Can End the War Very Quickly
Former US President's special representative for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, stated that Vladimir Putin can quickly end the war against Ukraine if he declares "victory" to Russians and withdraws Russian troops from occupied territories.

"I believe that for Russians, this war could end tomorrow and very easily. All Putin needs to do is declare 'victory' and get out of there, go home," Kellogg advised the Kremlin leader.
He also expressed the opinion that Putin does not intend to seize the entire territory of Ukraine. Kellogg cited one of the reasons for this as Russia, in his opinion, simply not having such capabilities:
"He doesn't have the combat capabilities for that. And he always attacks population centers."
Separately, Kellogg commented on Ukraine's position and highly praised it.
"Ukraine is not going to surrender. Ukrainians are not going to voluntarily give up land. They are an excellent fighting force. They have done an exceptional, extraordinary job. And I think we just need to tell President Putin what he doesn't want to do: it's time for you to go home and stop this war!" he declared, addressing Putin.
Kellogg also said that, in his opinion, Russia will never be able to win this war.
