If previously local authorities had to wait for five cold days, now heat supply can begin after just three.
Firstly, heating will be switched on in social facilities: kindergartens, schools, hospitals, polyclinics, and sanatoriums. This will happen when the average daily air temperature is +10 degrees Celsius or lower.
Then, residential buildings will be connected to the heat supply — when the outside air temperature is +8 degrees Celsius or lower.
Administrative and industrial buildings will begin to be heated after the full connection of the residential sector.
