Sirens to sound and evacuation to be held in Hrodna region
Residents and guests of the Hrodna region were warned that sirens will sound in the region this week. The Ministry of Emergency Situations urged people not to panic, but to take the events seriously, and also to monitor the signals of security systems at enterprises and organizations.

On September 24, a Single Security Day will be held in all districts of the Hrodna region, including the regional center. The sounding of sirens will signify a technical check of the notification system.
In Hrodna, the central venue for the event will be the Flamingo shopping center on Volha Salamava Street. Events will take place from 11:00 to 14:00. Information on where events will be held in different districts will be available via an interactive map from the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The primary responsibility for conducting the events lies with the heads of institutions, organizations, and enterprises of all forms of ownership. They must organize evacuation drills, check the readiness of employees, the serviceability of fire protection equipment, and the accessibility of evacuation exits.
It is suggested to reinforce the acquired knowledge during master classes and training sessions at interactive venues.
