Cindy Crawford's only son, model Presley Gerber, died at 27
Presley died on Sunday, September 20, at a rehabilitation center, according to the Los Angeles County medical examiner.

A representative for Presley's mother, supermodel Cindy Crawford, his father Rande Gerber, and sister Kaia Gerber told People: «The family asks for privacy during this very difficult and painful time».
Presley was the son of model Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber. He was also the brother of model and actress Kaia Gerber.
Presley was born in Beverly Hills, California, in 1999 and worked as a model himself. In December 2019, he was charged with driving under the influence, and in 2020, he got a face tattoo that read «Misunderstood». A year later, he reportedly had it removed.
Before his death, Gerber had begun to openly speak about his struggles with mental health and substance abuse.
«Having been through mental health struggles, depression and some of the other things that are connected with that, I think whether I help one person or a hundred people get out of that state that I was once in myself, that’s enough for me,» he said on the Studio 22 podcast.
«[Mental health] is a problem. It's a huge part of my life. It's a 24/7 job, and there's so much to it,» Presley continued. «That's what I really want to do: help people — whether you're depressed or struggling with something that negatively affects your body. It can be anything, and there's no room for judgment here».
He added: «I've seen a lot and learned a lot. I hope I can make it so that some other people don't have to make the same mistakes I did».
Another video, published in July 2025, focused on incorporating healthy habits into his life. He shared that as a child he was a «very active» kid: he played sports, surfed, played water polo, and swam.
