Belarus' GDP grew by 1.9% in January-August
According to the initial estimate, the volume of GDP in current prices amounted to 209.1 billion rubles, or in comparable prices — 101.9% of the January-August 2025 level, Belstat reported.
The GDP deflator index in January-August 2026 relative to the same period of the previous year was 113%.
In addition, the shift in the timing of grain and rapeseed harvesting in 2026 compared to 2025 affected the dynamics of gross value added and gross domestic product.
