Emergency fundraiser announced for a new group of released political prisoners
Today, 25 people were released. "Bysol" opened an emergency fundraiser to support them.
"Release does not cancel the consequences of repression — the prison continues in insomnia, anxiety, ruined health, inability to find a job and return to normal life. People are released with undermined health, stress, disorientation, lost connections, and without understanding what to do next. Almost everyone needs to rebuild their life — restore documents, undergo treatment, look for housing and work, buy the most necessary things," writes "Bysol".
The goal of the fundraiser is to pay a minimum of €1000 to each person as part of the program to support political prisoners and released individuals. In total, 25 thousand euros need to be raised.
