Telegram Applied to Register a New Domain .gram
Users will be able to create interactive websites hosted on the platform by entering just one text query.
Telegram company has applied to obtain the .gram domain zone, announced Pavel Durov, the founder of the Telegram messenger.
"If the application is approved by ICANN, a billion Telegram users will be able to get their own second-level domains," Durov noted.

In mid-July, the Telegram messenger started using the domain telegram.me instead of the short t.me when forming links in the application. At the same time, old links continue to work and open within the messenger.
The domain telegram.me was previously used by Telegram in parallel with t.me for links to channels, posts, and user profiles.
