Agrotourism farms await changes — new law
Among other things, approaches to supporting agrotourism in regions far from big cities are changing.

Alexander Lukashenka signed the Decree "On the Development of Agrotourism".
According to the document, preferential lending to agrotourism entities by Belagroprombank will be extended indefinitely.
There will be no lending limits. The term for concluding loan agreements is also increasing: from five to seven years for agricultural organizations and from seven to ten years — for individuals.
Approaches to supporting agrotourism in regions far from large settlements are changing — instead of tax, they will be able to pay a special levy. The rate from January 1, 2026 — 45 rubles.
The list of services that can be provided in the sphere of agrotourism is also being expanded. And the number of permitted residential rooms in agrotourism farms is increasing to 15.
