The singer went to the registry office on August 8. Aliaksandra Mielekh's chosen one is sound engineer Aliaksandr Barskikh. He has a commendation from former Minister of Culture Ruslan Charnecki for good work at pro-government events.
Before 2022, Aliaksandra Mielekh was little known. She was born in Naroŭlia, graduated from the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts. She worked as a teacher at the Minsk center for additional education for children and youth "Svietach" and was a backing vocalist for singer Aura.
But everything changed after the 24-year-old girl sang another "hit" by Hanna Seliuk — the song "Oh, Aliaksandr!", which was supposed to demonstrate popular love.
Here are the lines:
«Ах, Александр, Александр, Александр!
Удача наша, и надежда, и отрада,
На белом свете он такой один,
Такой один, а мне другого и не надо».
After this, Aliaksandra Mielekh, who modestly calls herself "the soul of the people," became a star of pro-government events. Lukashenka's daughter-in-law, who writes songs under the pseudonym Hanna Seliuk, periodically gives the artist some of her creative output — for example, the anthem for the Year of Quality.
