Sviatlana Shatsilina no longer heads the Mission of Democratic Forces of Belarus in Ukraine
The head of the Mission of Democratic Forces of Belarus in Ukraine, Sviatlana Shatsilina, announced on Facebook that she had resigned.

According to Shatsilina, she resigned voluntarily on July 9. After the "New Belarus" conference, she promised to give a public account of what had been done and why she took this step.
In May this year, Sviatlana Shatsilina's son, Mikita, was detained in Ukraine but later released. Mikita Shatsilin is a war veteran; he participated in hostilities on the side of Ukraine back in 2014. After the start of the full-scale war, he participated in the defense of Irpin, Borodianka, and Makariv. He was awarded the Order "For Courage" III degree. The essence of the case is still unknown.
