At two in the morning, the "Ammonia-3" workshop was stopped, and then the "Carbamide-3" workshop.
"During the shutdown and subsequent startup operations of the 'Ammonia-3' workshop, for the purpose of utilizing combustible substances that are part of the process gas, its short-term burning at the flare unit is provided for by the technological regulations," the enterprise reports.
