Woman abandoned kittens in carriers in the heat near a shopping center in Minsk
The kittens were ignored for a long time — they almost died, reports "Minsk. Main".
An unknown woman brought and left three carriers with kittens near the Minsk shopping center Diamond City.
She attached notes to the carriers indicating their age, gender, and whether they were litter-trained.
The animals spent several hours in the August heat without supervision or water. After some time, passers-by fed and watered the exhausted animals.
The police were called to the scene and are now trying to identify the woman using surveillance cameras.
According to legislation, abandoning animals in danger carries a fine of up to 1350 rubles. Volunteers are now taking care of the kittens.
