The US President ordered the American military to prepare a large-scale attack against Iran. As reported by The Wall Street Journal, strikes could begin as early as this weekend and last for several days.
According to officials, the plan was approved at the Camp David residence. Earlier, Trump emphasized that the use of strong military force is necessary to compel the Iranian leadership to negotiate.
At the same time, American officials note that strikes are not inevitable — the president can cancel the order if Tehran demonstrates real progress in dialogue.
