During a meeting on the development prospects of the "Horizont" holding, including the Brest Electric Lamp Plant, the politician once again stressed the importance of maintaining discipline and technological requirements, writes BelTA.

He emphasized that Belarus has preserved the legacy inherited from the Soviet Union, including enterprises, competencies, and management experience.

"We have preserved all this. So let's move forward," said Lukashenka. "We know what needs to be done - technology. Technology dictates our discipline. One cannot do it differently than what is stipulated by technology."

From this, according to him, follows the requirement for strict observance of labor discipline.

"Therefore, discipline and once again discipline. And don't listen to those who cackle from abroad: 'Oh, he's talking about this discipline again' (he said this in Belarusian — NN). If this is the most important issue — and I will talk about it a thousand times," Alexander Lukashenka emphasized. "We need to act. We need a result."

Lukashenka uses the Belarusian language extremely rarely, and when he utters individual phrases in Belarusian, it is sometimes to humiliate opponents.
