Lavrov stated he will meet Rubio tomorrow
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio have agreed to a meeting that will take place tomorrow. Lavrov himself announced this after participating in ASEAN events in the Philippines.

"The meeting has already been agreed upon. Yesterday we briefly saw Marco Rubio during a reception and confirmed: it will take place tomorrow morning," Lavrov said.
They had two phone calls in May.
