An advertisement offering a one-room apartment for rent near Hrushauka metro station for $250 immediately caused a stir. True, despite having its own kitchen nook and an isolated toilet with a shower cabin, in reality, this can hardly be called an apartment.

After a large number of calls from interested parties, the hostess herself clarified the details: it's a 15 m² studio in a communal-type space with a shared corridor. That is, a regular apartment here has been divided into several micro-apartments.

The so-called studio is located on the first floor of a Brezhnev-era building on Roza Luxemburg Street. Among the pros is real isolation from neighbors, thanks to metal doors installed at the entrance.

If desired, you can stay completely inside the room: there's a refrigerator, an electric mini-stove, and a TV. Only for doing laundry will you have to go out into the shared corridor.

A bed and even a small wardrobe for personal belongings were managed to be squeezed into the 15 square meters. However, there was no space left for a desk. Therefore, the studio is more suitable for those who work outside the home.

The owner describes the renovation as "modern minimalism" and entices with well-developed transport links: "eight minutes walk to Hrushauka metro station. Public transport stop – within a minute's access."

All utility payments for these meters are already included in the rent. The advertisement also emphasizes that priority in choosing a new tenant will be given to girls. The reason is simple: at the moment, only female representatives live in the neighborhood.
