Abelskaya and her daughter-in-law are behind the mysterious "First's Fund"
The "First's Fund," established by Alexander Lukashenka in October 2022, remains one of the most secretive organizations in Belarus. It does not publish financial reports, and even the director's name is not listed in its documents. Officially, the fund was supposed to engage in charity after the total crackdown on the NGO sector.
In this photo, Dina El-Dieifi Faysal is walking behind the First Lady of Zimbabwe, Auxillia Mnangagwa, and Iryna Abelskaya.
"Buro" and "Cyberpartisans" have found out that this structure is backed by people from the close circle of Iryna Abelskaya — the chief physician of the Republican Hospital of the President's Administration and the mother of Nikolai Lukashenka.
In October 2022, Alexander Lukashenka created the "First's Fund." In October 2023, he stated that the fund should "accumulate money from those who care" and help those in need.
The official reason for the fund's appearance was the cleansing of the previous non-profit and non-governmental organization sector. Lukashenka claimed that they tried to "destabilize the situation" in 2020. Therefore, Lukashenka said, it was decided to create the fund under his auspices so that people could calmly participate in charity.
The legal address of the "First's Fund" is Minsk, Chyrvonayarmeyskaya Street, 15. At this address is Lukashenka's new residence in the city center, equipped with an office, bedroom, conference hall, swimming pool, and spa center.
Among the fund's staff is Dina Faysal El-Dieifi. She combines this activity with work at the Republican Clinical Hospital under the direction of Abelskaya herself, whom she regularly accompanies to events.
Most notably, Dina is the companion and, presumably, the wife of Dmitry Abelsky, Iryna Abelskaya's eldest son.

Dmitry and Dina have a shared son, and in photos, Dmitry is seen wearing a massive wedding ring on his left hand.
Another employee of the fund is Natallia Ivanova (Dudarava). Her name appears not only in the documents of the "First's Fund" but also in structures related to the private Minsk International Gymnasium and its managing company "Horizons of Knowledge."
This gymnasium was originally founded by Iryna Abelskaya herself.
Natallia Ivanova was also a co-founder of the firm "Marketvision," which managed "Horizons of Knowledge." Now, all information about the true owners of this elite school is completely classified.
Thus, the structure created under Lukashenka's auspices "to help those in need" turned out to be closely tied to family members and the close circle of Iryna Abelskaya — Kolya Lukashenka's mother.
