A new shopping center is being completed on Nemiga. It became known which hypermarket will be there
A multi-functional complex with an intricate shape is being built at Nemiga Street, 44. The developer "Sigmapolus" has not revealed much about what exactly the new facility will offer residents of Minsk. But recently, a banner appeared on the construction fence near the building, hinting at a chain of hypermarkets, Onliner reports .
The site in the very center of Minsk was acquired by the developer in 2018. The construction dragged on for many years, but its completion is already in sight. And recently it became known which hypermarket will open in the shopping center. It will be Prostore.
It is planned that Sigma will include a shopping center, a business center, a medical center, and a multi-level parking lot. The total area of the facility is 64,000 sq. m.
The chief architect of the project called the building original, noting that exclusive technologies are used in its construction. For example, the corners of the facade are framed by radial stained-glass windows, or curved glass. In Belarus, they are used for the first time on such a scale.
In addition, the complex's territory was supplemented with unique decorative elements — a large waterfall and an artificial stream that flows along the facade of the complex, symbolizing the Nemiga River.

Another feature of the project is a usable roof, on which a green area will be created.
The head of the administration of the Maskouski district previously reported that the shopping center will open by the end of 2026.
