Zelenskyy addressed Ukrainians: "Please use shelters. I implore you, very much."
"Putin is becoming weak. He is weakening politically, on the battlefield, and physically. And therefore, he may intensify strikes against us, against our people with missiles and drones," explained the President of Ukraine.
