«Farmer's salt» noticed in a store: a kilogram costs 800 rubles
It seems a new contender for the title of the most expensive basic product has appeared in Belarus.
In one of the stores, farmer's salt was noticed: a 50-gram jar costs almost 40 rubles, writes Onliner.by.
Of course, this is not ordinary salt — it is with truffle and imported from Italy. The composition, in addition to salt and dried truffle, also lists a flavoring.
The product manufacturer is named as Villa Magna farm in Tuscany, which specializes in growing truffles and producing truffle products.
A kilogram of such salt costs almost 800 rubles, but right next to it on the shelf, it has a competitor: another Italian truffle salt costs 31.49 rubles per 100 grams.
