Eight people were aboard the bomber that crashed in California
According to preliminary information, eight crew members died during the crash of a B-52 Stratofortress strategic bomber in the USA, according to a message from Edwards Air Force Base in California on the social network X.
The bomber crashed shortly after takeoff from Edwards Air Force Base in the Mojave Desert during a planned test flight.
The plane crashed approximately 160 km north of Los Angeles.
