Trump: Iran shot down American Apache helicopter patrolling the Strait of Hormuz
According to the US President, the United States must respond to this.

"I just received information from our wonderful military that last night the Iranians shot down one of our high-tech Apache helicopters while patrolling over the Strait of Hormuz," US President Donald Trump wrote on his social network Truth Social.
He clarified that both pilots were unharmed and are safe.
"Nevertheless, the US is compelled, out of necessity, to respond to this attack," Trump added.
