A fox was spotted in the center of Grodno, crossing the road with prey in its teeth. The video of the red predator was filmed near Zhyliber Park, reports Newgrodno.by.

The footage shows the animal confidently crossing a busy street, paying no attention to cars or people. The fox had prey in its mouth that resembled a wild duck. The author of the video jokingly commented on what they saw with the words: "It stole something again".
Residents of Grodno have encountered foxes within the city limits more than once. These animals have long mastered not only forest park areas and outskirts, but also central districts. Previously, a fox with chickens in its teeth was also repeatedly seen on Kalinovsky Street. It is unknown whether it was the same one or different ones.
Experts remind that a fox remains a wild animal, even if it appears calm and accustomed to people. It can be a carrier of dangerous diseases, including rabies. Therefore, when encountering such an animal, do not try to feed it, pet it, or approach it, so as not to provoke aggression or an attack.
