The Kremlin stated that responses to Ukraine's strikes "will be and already are systemic in nature", said Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
"I want to remind you of the statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which says that our responses will be systemic in nature, and they, in fact, already are systemic in nature," Russian media quoted Peskov.
The war, according to Peskov, "continues precisely so that there are no attacks similar to the attack on St. Petersburg."
