Poroshenko stated that Ukraine needs to end the conflict right now
The former president of Ukraine noted that Ukraine, Russia, Europe, and the US should be at the negotiating table.

Ukraine needs to make tremendous efforts to "seize the current opportunity" and end the conflict with Russia "right now," said former Ukrainian President and leader of the "European Solidarity" party Petro Poroshenko in an interview with Kyiv Post, writes RBC.
"We definitely need to make tremendous efforts to seize the current opportunity and stop the war right now. By 'right now' I mean not in three years, not somewhere next March, but as soon as possible. For this, we need a plan, focus, determination, and reliable partners," he said.
Poroshenko also emphasized that Ukraine, Russia, Europe, and the US should be at the negotiating table. He added that negotiations should begin when the conflict "if not completely resolved, then at least suspended."
Reflecting on what Ukraine needs to live "in security and with confidence," Poroshenko answered briefly: "Ukraine's membership in the EU and NATO."
