As early as 2021, the 'Mozyrsol' enterprise introduced a monetary bonus for non-smokers. For each day worked, employees are credited with 15 rubles. Officially, this is formalized as a meal allowance, reported the Mozyr district newspaper.

As a result, with a standard five-day work week, an employee can receive an additional 300-345 rubles per month. With a 'two days on, two days off' schedule, it's approximately 210-240 rubles.
The enterprise believes that this financial motivation has helped achieve significant results in reducing the number of smokers and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
