Street food marathon starts in Minsk
On the first day of summer, a food marathon titled "The Heat is On!" will begin in the new "Manifest" space.
11 residents of the venue have developed special summer sets. All are set at a fixed price of 25 rubles. The menu turned out diverse: from belyashi to ninja-dogs, writes Onliner.by.
"Biary Bielyash" (Take a Belyash) prepared a plate of belyashi with various fillings: for example, with beef and cheddar or seafood and Dorblu cheese.
Meat dishes include ribs with bourbon cucumbers from Smoky More, pilaf and lula kebab from "Samsa", shashlik with vegetables from "Kropka Zhara" (Hot Spot), or German sausages with cabbage salad from "Pilna Vilnia" (Careful Vilnius).
What else? Napoli will treat guests to a large "Pepperoni" pizza, States will offer a hearty "Grand Moo-Moo" burger with fries, and Unicom will serve a "BeefCheese" cheese cone with spicy wings. A drink is already included in the price of each combo: you can choose between beer or non-alcoholic mixes.
The food marathon will last two weeks — until June 14. The venue itself is open daily from 12:00 to 23:00 at Kulman St., 1/8.
