On April 20, a massive outage occurred in ChatGPT's operation. When users try to get a response from the neural network, it simply freezes. The request history also does not load.
OpenAI confirmed the technical problems.
"Users cannot load ChatGPT and Codex. We are investigating the cause of the problem in the mentioned services," the company's message stated.
