For the first time in Belarus: Minsk World shared-equity holders filed a collective lawsuit against the developer
A significant event is taking place in the Belarusian real estate market: for the first time, citizens have united for a collective lawsuit against a major developer. This concerns the company "Dubai Investment", which is engaged in the construction of quarters in "Minsk World". Real estate expert Natalya Litovskaya drew attention to the announcement in "Zvyazda".

The initiator of the statement was the public association "On the Side of Law", which protects the interests of shared-equity holders and apartment owners. The main demand of the group of individuals is compensation for moral damages. The case has already been accepted for proceedings by the Pervomaisky District Court of Minsk.
The reasons and essence of the lawsuit are not disclosed.
All affected shared-equity holders and owners of premises in this complex can join the lawsuit. To do this, it is necessary to submit an application to the Pervomaisky District Court of Minsk by May 8, 2026.
For Belarus, this is the first such process, as previously similar disputes with developers were resolved exclusively on an individual basis.
