Cristiano Ronaldo invested in a startup founded by a Belarusian
The famous Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo has invested in the artificial intelligence search service Perplexity AI.

The footballer shared the news on his X social media page.
"Winners never stop learning. Never stop asking," Ronaldo wrote, attaching a video announcing the project.
An entire section dedicated to the legendary footballer has already appeared on the official Perplexity website.
The Perplexity startup was founded by Belarusian Denis Yarots with two partners in the USA, where he has lived for more than 10 years. At the end of 2024, the project was recognized as one of the most expensive young startups. In July 2025, it was valued at $18 billion, and in September the valuation rose to $20 billion, writes Office Life.
In July, a desktop version of the Comet AI browser for Windows and macOS was presented. And recently, Perplexity released a version of the AI browser for Android devices. The company is now preparing a version of the browser for iOS as well, which should be released "in the coming weeks."
